A 90-minute masterclass with Klaudia
Thursday, June 25, 2026 · 7pm CT · Zoom
For the women who's been quietly wondering if she's the only one feeling this way.
(You're not. And you're not imagining it.)
If you can't make it live, you can register and the replay will find its way to you.
You're eating well. You're moving. You're trying.
And still, something feels off.
Your sleep isn't restorative. Your mood swings sideways without warning. Your energy comes and goes like the tide.
Your jeans fit differently. Your patience is shorter. Your brain feels foggy in a way it didn't a year ago.
And somewhere in the quiet of it, you've asked yourself:
Is it just me? Am I losing it? Why is no one else talking about this?
Here's what no one told you:
Perimenopause can begin as early as your 30s. It can last anywhere from two to fifteen years.
And it touches almost every system in your body — sleep, mood, weight, skin, libido, focus, and your whole sense of self.
The good news is that once you understand what's happening, you can support it.
Gently. Naturally. One next right step at a time.
That's what this hour and a half is for.
In 90 minutes together:
And there will be 30 full minutes of live Q&A.
Bring your questions. Bring your doubts.
Bring the things you've been afraid to ask out loud.
Not a fix. Not a five-step plan. Not another to-do-list to add to the one you're already carrying.
Something quieter, and more useful:
And you'll leave with a companion workbook in your inbox - soft pages to hold during our time together and keep after.
If something in this is calling to you, join us.
Your seat is $22 — a small way to say "I'm coming, hold space for me."
We meet on Thursday, June 25 at 7:00 PM Central Time, live on Zoom, for 90 minutes.
After you register, I'll send you a note myself with your Zoom link, a small welcome, no robots in between.
The companion workbook and the replay will be sent to everyone who registers, whether you make it live or not.

Klaudia Burian is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a focus in gut, endocrine, and emotional eating. She trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She lives in the daily practice of meditation and mindset work.
But the credentials are only part of it.
Klaudia spent her childhood summers in Poland on a homestead — sunshine, playing, running, working, resting, and the most wholesome, clean, nutrient-dense food you can imagine. The way nature truly intended.
Years later, when she got sick and went searching, she discovered that what worked for her sister, for her friend, for her coworker… did not work for her. She read every dietary theory she could find. She dove deep into physiology. She put her own pebbles and puzzle pieces together.
And the answer, all along, was:
Yes… and no… it depends… on you.
Today she walks with one kind, sweet human at a time — gently, patiently, helping women find the thread back to what makes them feel connected, whole, nurtured, nourished, steady, and home.
This masterclass is part of that work.
“I've seen growth in physical, mental, and (most importantly for me) spiritual health. Working with Klaudia has been a blessing and I am excited to continue this path!”
“You are a dear, patient soul. It was fun to hand something over to you from the pantry or fridge and watch you put your glasses on and decide if it was something I should feel okay buying more of vs trying to avoid buying more of.
Thank you for being you.”testing to get to the root of the problem.”
“Why the heck did I decide to reach out to a nutritional coach? What got me here? I wanted to learn about my relationship with food. I needed a forgiving, kind yet knowledgeable coach, to work with me around why I’m making the choices that I am. Having someone who has become a “trusted other” made a difference in how I talk about self care, triggers, and we redefined what my body deserves. The biggest impact from working with Klaudia is my mindset about self-agency and knowing what makes my mind and body healthy to keep making better choices.”
'Klaudia has helped me develop a healthy relationship with food. I look better, feel better, and have a better understanding of what my body needs. She is such a wealth of information. I am constantly learning new and interesting things. I look forward to every session.”
