Perimenopause can begin as early as your 30s. It can last anywhere from two to fifteen years.

And there will be 30 full minutes of live Q&A.

About Klaudia

Klaudia Burian is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a focus in gut, endocrine, and emotional eating. She trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She lives in the daily practice of meditation and mindset work.

But the credentials are only part of it.


Klaudia spent her childhood summers in Poland on a homestead — sunshine, playing, running, working, resting, and the most wholesome, clean, nutrient-dense food you can imagine. The way nature truly intended.


Years later, when she got sick and went searching, she discovered that what worked for her sister, for her friend, for her coworker… did not work for her. She read every dietary theory she could find. She dove deep into physiology. She put her own pebbles and puzzle pieces together.


And the answer, all along, was:

Yes… and no… it depends… on you.


Today she walks with one kind, sweet human at a time — gently, patiently, helping women find the thread back to what makes them feel connected, whole, nurtured, nourished, steady, and home.
