This Privacy Policy explains how MyTulsi Nutrition (“MyTulsi Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Klaudia Burian, NBC-HWC, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit mytulsinutrition.com (the “Site”), book a discovery call, enroll in 1:1 coaching, or join a group program (together, the “Services”). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what our service providers collect on our behalf, and what your browser sends automatically.

• Contact and account information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us through a contact form, booking page, or email.
• Health and wellness information you choose to share: intake or health-history forms, goals, symptoms, lifestyle habits, and anything you disclose during a session or in a group program, so that coaching can be personalized to you.
• Payment information: when you purchase a program, payment is processed by our third-party processor (currently Stripe and/or Zelle for direct payments). We do not receive or store your full card number — only what the processor shares back with us, such as the last four digits, purchase amount, and billing name/email.
• Scheduling information: through our booking/calendar tool, to arrange and remind you of sessions.
• Website usage data: pages visited, browser type, device, and general location (city/region), collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
• Communications: emails, texts, or messages you exchange with us, and any replay recordings or notes generated from a group program you join (see the separate Group Program Confidentiality & Recording Disclaimer).

• To provide, personalize, and improve coaching sessions and group programs.
• To schedule, confirm, and send reminders for sessions.
• To process payments and maintain business and tax records.
• To send program materials, replays, and — if you’ve opted in — newsletters or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
• To respond to your questions and provide client support.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.
• To comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), email/newsletter platform, scheduling tool, and website host — solely so they can perform those functions on our behalf.
• Professionals you ask us to coordinate with (for example, if you ask us to loop in your physician or another provider).
• Legal or safety exceptions: if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect the safety of you or others.
• A successor business, if MyTulsi Nutrition is ever sold or transferred, subject to the same confidentiality commitments described here.

Information shared by other participants in a group program is never shared with you beyond what happens in the group itself, and your information is likewise not shared with other participants beyond your own participation in group discussion.

The Site uses cookies and similar tools (for example, website analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not function as well if you do. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information — for example, relying on reputable, encrypted third-party platforms for payments, email, and scheduling rather than storing sensitive data ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep client and financial records for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet our legal, tax, and insurance recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize the information where practicable.

• Access or correction: you may ask us what information we hold about you and request that we correct it.
• Deletion: you may ask us to delete your information, subject to what we’re required to keep for legal, tax, or insurance purposes.
• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from emails at any time by contacting us directly.

MyTulsi Nutrition is not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider, and health information you share is not protected under HIPAA. Only private 1:1 coaching sessions are protected under HIPAA. We nonetheless treat all exchanges as confidential and handle it with care, consistent with our Terms & Conditions and, for group programs, the Group Program Confidentiality & Recording Disclaimer.

The Site and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
